The AQL Process:
- Begins with proposing customers’ development solutions for each client’s
specific needs.
- Followed by a briefing meeting between the lead-consultant working on
your project to brief them directly.
- We then undertake a 40-hour pilot, evaluated at agreed intervals to
ensure we are on the right track.
- As well as making appointments in the pilot, we give immediate feedback
and market intelligence, in which we identify customer acquisition and
retention opportunities.
- A post -pilot analysis is supported by the consultant’s call notes and
a report with feedback and recommendations. This is evaluated with the
client prior to expanding the business generation project
