The AQL Process
The AQL process has been developed to ensure that our consultants maximize each call they make. The prime objective is to arrange qualified face-to-face appointments. There is also a range of secondary objectives, including gaining valuable market and competitive intelligence, and even disqualifying the prospect because they don't meet your criteria for doing business.
The process begins with a face-to-face briefing between you and the AQL consultants representing you. A call guide with identified objectives and the evaluation criteria will be created and agreed.
There is nearly always an initial project based on 40-50 hours of calling, evaluated at agreed intervals to permit immediate feedback and market intelligence, as well as face-to-face appointments. This permits a course correction if required.
Calls are evaluated against AQL's own Achieving 5's quality assurance process, a five level scale designed to measure performance and deliver measurable results.
A post - campaign analysis is provided to you, supported by the consultant's recorded calls and call notes. This includes feedback and recommendations for building on the success of the initial project.
